Norm 03 is a modern lamp shade kit in 39 pcs. Norm 03 kindles refresh memories of the sixties, and that story attracted Normann Copenhagen. Norm 03 is a self-assembled product that is easy and straightforward to use. No tools or glue required.Norm 03 is supplied in a flat pack without a socket or electrical parts, so it is compatible with any electrical standards around the world.

Norm 03 can be cleaned with a duster. To obtain a warmer light a filament bulb can be used.

A mix of a feminine touch and minimalism complete my designs. It is everyday life as well as life in general that inspires me in my work. In my opinion the best design is created from a spontaneous idea. During the design process I start collecting information about the subject, material and the technical aspects. The different information makes it possible to develop a perfect shape and to create a connection between the intuitive thinking and the technical aspects. This is a working process that gives me much inspiration.”

The lamp distributes a soft, surrounding light that works well in most rooms. Hang it over the dining room table, in the entrance hall or use it in the bedroom.

Norm 06 can be cleaned with a duster or by using the shower head in the shower. The lamp shade is made of a special, non flammable plastic material.

Simon Karkov graduated in architecture from The Danish Academy of Architecture. Since the sixties he has been working for several architecture offices in Denmark. The past 10 years he mainly worked for the Municipality of Frederiksberg. During this period he left his mark on several projects, for example Frederiksberg Hospital and Frederiksberg Gymnasium. Today Simon is enjoying his retirement in Turkey working on different projects.”Whenever I get an idea I draw a sketch which is then transformed into a model. The model is then adjusted over a period of time until the final prototype can be done. I dream of developing new ways of designing furniture and larger objects through the self-assembly concept. This concept must be able to work on a larger scale and that thought fascinates me.”

Norm 12

The Norm12, named after the year 2012 when the lamp was designed, is a self assembly lamp with a round and welcoming feel. It spreads a mild and diffused anti-glare light, which is dispersed through the lamp’s rounded silhouette.

The Norm 12 is available in two sizes, which are finished in pure and simple matt white, and fits in well with most homes and tastes in styles. The large version is perfect for hallways or in the bedroom while the small lamp emits a comfortable light for the dining room table.

Bell Lamp
The expression of the Bell pendant lamp is robust, the form is simple. With its industrial, yet friendly look this directional lamp is ideal for both home decors and professional environments.

The designers Andreas Lund and Jacob Rudbeck have taken their starting point for the design in the iconic shape of a bell. The lamp’s rounded silhouette and matt surface give it the impression of having been cast. The white inner side reflects the light, which falls like a cone and provides practical lighting for several purposes.The designers have payed special attention to the details, emphasizing the gathering point between the cord and the lamp itself in a contemporary way. The tactile differences between the materials create a clean, minimalistic look. The smooth aluminum against the soft rubber creates a discrete but impactful play of materials, giving life to the design.

Bell fits beautifully in the kitchen, living room, bedroom, hallway and office environment. Hang a mix of sizes in a cluster, and achieve a dramatic visual effect, use a large Bell over the dinner table, or hang the small ones in pairs in the kitchen. The Bell lamp will adorn any room in the house.

Jacob Rudbeck has a background from The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, School of Architect and Andreas Lund graduated from The Danish Design School in 2000. Both Jacob and Andreas have their own studio. They met during teaching jobs and decided to start cooperating.

“Design is industrial craftsmanship where the interaction of function and form melts perfectly in harmony. We want to pass on the Scandinavian design tradition and create everyday objects that have personality without being loud”.
