As we strive to provide the most competitive prices for our lighting products, please note that our listed prices do not include delivery and installation. For large, heavy, or structurally complex light fittings (e.g., parallel installation, wiring adjustments) and ceiling fans, additional installation fees may apply depending on the size and complexity of the item. We will provide a formal quotation for these items before you commit to the purchase. *Surcharges apply for complicated, special, or heavy lighting installations, or for specific locations and surfaces (e.g., parallel installation for box lights, outdoor areas, false ceilings, metal or wooden frames, glass, tile, or marble surfaces). Please provide on-site photos for an accurate quotation.

由於我們致力為所有燈飾產品提供最優惠的價格，因此產品定價均不包括送貨及安裝費用。如顧客選購大型、結構複雜、安裝需時（如需平衡安裝或吊燈電線調節）的燈飾，或風扇燈/吊扇燈，將可能衍生額外的安裝費用。本公司職員將按該產品之複雜程度及體積，於顧客確認訂購前提供準確的報價。 *如涉及複雜、特殊或重型燈飾的安裝服務，或需於特殊位置安裝（例如：盒仔燈的平衡安裝、戶外、假天花、金屬或木架、玻璃、磁磚、雲石或鏡面等），請提供現場照片以獲取準確報價。

Definition of Basic installation charges as below 基本收費定義如下 :

*基本安裝定義為天花高度 10呎 或以下之石屎（混凝土）天花，並已具備合乎機電工程署（EMSD）規格的已接通電源及斷電裝置（服務地點不包括離島區）。

• Installation services for ceiling fans and light fittings apply exclusively to concrete ceilings with existing electrical wiring. Installations on non-concrete surfaces (e.g., false ceilings) or those requiring extra wiring extensions will be evaluated on-site by our technicians and quoted separately. If the ceiling height exceeds 12 feet, customers must provide an appropriate high ladder or working platform. An additional fee of HK$200 per invoice will be charged for the extended working hours required.
• 吊扇燈、風扇燈及燈飾安裝服務僅適用於混凝土（石屎）天花及已有電位之位置。如需安裝於非混凝土天花（例如假天花工程）或需額外拉線，請預先通知店員或安裝技術人員，相關工程將另行報價。如安裝位置高於 12 呎，客人必須自備合適的高梯或高空工作台；因需額外施工時間，每張訂單將額外收取 $200 附加費。

• The installation charges quoted above do not include staircase surcharges. A surcharge of HK$50 per floor will be applied starting from the 4th floor. To avoid any disputes, please inform our staff in advance if staircase access is required.
• 以上收費並未包括樓梯搬運費。如需行樓梯，樓梯費將由 4 樓起計算，每一層加收 $50 附加費。請預先告知店員，以免引起爭議。

• Product images displayed on our online store are for reference only and may differ slightly from the actual products. We encourage you to visit our showroom to view the physical displays if necessary.
• 網上商店顯示之所有產品圖片僅供參考，實物可能與圖片略有差異，一切以實物為準。如有需要，歡迎親臨本店陳列室參觀實物。

• Customers are advised to inspect and verify all goods upon delivery. If no one is available to receive the goods at the scheduled delivery or installation time, the products will be returned to our warehouse, and a return delivery fee of HK$150 will be charged. Alternatively, customers may choose to pick up the items at our store.
• 顧客請於收貨時仔細點收及驗查。如於預約之送貨或安裝時間無人收貨，產品將會退回本公司貨倉；如需重新安排送貨，將收取 $150 重新派送費用。顧客亦可選擇自行到本店門市取貨。 

• Delivery and installation services are restricted to the Hong Kong SAR. Each order is valid for a single installation address and must be completed within the same designated time slot. If a customer requests multiple delivery or installation visits for the same location, additional charges will apply for each subsequent visit.
• 本公司提供之送貨及安裝服務只限於香港特別行政區內。每張訂單只限單一送貨地址，且所有產品必須於同一預約時段內完成安裝。若顧客要求分次送貨或分次安裝，每次上門均需另行收取送貨或安裝費用。

• Product availability on our online store is subject to our warehouse and distributor inventory levels. Out-of-stock items may require 7 to 60 days for delivery, depending on the manufacturer’s or distributor’s shipment schedule, and are subject to potential discontinuation. If the lead time exceeds one month, our staff will notify you proactively.
• 網店內所有產品之供應均視乎本公司及代理商之實際存貨情況而定。如遇缺貨，訂貨期可能需時 7 至 60 天不等，具體取決於生產商或代理商的船期，且有停產的可能。若訂貨期超過一個月，本公司會有專人主動通知客人。詳情可向店員查詢。

• All product specifications on our website are provided by the respective distributors. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds based on customer misunderstandings of these specifications once the invoice is confirmed and paid. Please consult our professional sales team for detailed product information before placing an order. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• 網頁內所有產品規格均由代理商提供，如有錯漏，顧客不能以此作為退款或退貨之理由。如需了解產品詳細資訊，請於訂購前向店員查詢。所有產品價格如有更改，恕不另行通知。

• All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations once goods are sold. In the event of a factory defect, we accept exchanges within 10 days of purchase, provided the item is returned with its original packaging, box, and all accessories. (This policy applies ONLY to uninstalled items).
• 本店貨物出門，恕不退換及退款，請顧客於收貨時點算清楚並驗收，本公司將不會對已簽收之貨品承擔後續責任。如購買後發現產品有原廠瑕疵，請於 10 日內連同正式收據、原裝包裝盒及盒內所有配件，退回本店以更換新貨（只限未曾安裝之貨品）。

• If an unopened and uninstalled item is eligible for an exchange, an administrative fee of HK$100 will be charged per item. The value of the replacement item must be equal to or greater than the returned item; no refunds will be issued for price differences.
• 如需更換未拆包裝之產品，本店將收取每件 $150 的行政手續費。顧客換購之產品金額不能低於原產品金額，任何差額將不予退還。 

• Any products that have been opened or installed are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

• 所有已拆開原裝包裝或已安裝之產品，一律不設更換及退款。

• All invoices—whether issued via online orders, emails, or in-store purchases—are valid only if the initial deposit is settled within 7 days of the invoice date. Unpaid invoices will be automatically canceled without prior notice.
• 所有訂單（不論透過實體店、網店或電郵下單），均需於發票開立後 7 天內繳付訂金，否則訂單將被自動取消，恕不另行通知。

• To confirm an order, a non-refundable deposit of no less than 50% of the total invoice amount is required. The remaining balance must be settled in full prior to the dispatch or delivery of the goods.

• 顧客須繳付不少於訂單總額之 50% 作為不可退還之訂金，方可正式確認訂單。訂單餘額必須於安排發貨或送貨前全數結清。

• All ordered goods, whether paid in full or partially, can be stored in our warehouse for a maximum of four months. Orders exceeding this period will have their deposits forfeited, and the goods will be resold without prior notice. If you require an extended storage period or need to postpone your installation date, please inform our staff in advance.
• 所有已訂購之產品（不論是否已付清全數），最多僅可免費存放於本店貨倉 4 個月。逾期未取或未安排安裝之產品將被重新出售，已付之訂金將被沒收，恕不另行通知。如顧客需要延長存倉期或延遲安裝日期，請務必預先通知店員。

• Customers must provide at least 10 days’ prior notice to confirm their preferred delivery or installation dates, allowing our staff to arrange the work schedule efficiently.
• 顧客請於不少於 10 天前通知店員以落實送貨或安裝日期，以便本公司妥善安排工作日程。

• All branded products sold are authentic items from authorized local distributors and are covered by the respective distributor’s limited warranty. For details, please refer to the product manual or consult our staff.
• 本店代理及出售之所有行貨產品，均享有總代理提供之原廠保養服務。詳情請參閱產品說明書或向店員查詢。

TriLight Zone and Trillion Products Limited reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, our decision shall be final and conclusive.
TriLight Zone（紅綠燈）及 Trillion Products Limited 保留隨時修改上述條款及細則之權利，而毋須事先通知。如有任何爭議，本公司保留最終決定權。
